Free Your Spine, And The Rest Will Follow

You are only as young as your spine is flexible
— Joseph Pilates

Does your back ache? Do you wake up stiff? Do you have constant knots and tightness through your mid back, neck or low back and hips?

If so, it’s not really a big surprise. We spend most of our days living in a primarily forward plane of motion (I.e. sitting at a desk, driving a car, working out at the gym). But to keep your spine healthy, flexible and pain free we need to move it in all directions - front, back, side-to-side, and rotation.

These movements are all functional as we do them in some form or fashion everyday. But if we don’t practice them and build up the strength then they can be a source of dysfunction and aches. Spine mobility is critical for posture, pain relief, and moving through life with ease.

This is especially important for us moms who are putting a lot of demand on our back in all our motherly tasks.

This short 10 minute online pilates class is designed to move your spine in all planes of motion and create mobility and strength. You will feel taller and stronger with less aches afterwards.

Give it a try every morning when you get up and see how much better you feel.
