Postnatal Core Kickstart 8-week Online Program

The Postnatal Core Kickstart is an 8-week, step-by-step program to rebuild your core strength and safely return to exercise postpartum.

This is a different approach to postpartum exercise focused on education, guidance, and accountability. I will help you heal your core from the inside-out (no matter how long it’s been after delivery) so you can feel strong and confident in your body and do motherhood with ease!

 

Virtual 1:1’s and Classes

I offer a limited number of virtual privates and classes so you can work with me “live” from anywhere! No special equipment is needed but you can view my list of recommended props for a home pilates practice here.

My virtual 1:1 sessions allow me to work directly with you on your unique needs from anywhere. No special pilates equipment is needed but if you have it I can instruct you on it from afar too. Contact me for my current availability.

The Conscious Core Pilates studio is a boutique Pilates studio outfitted with top of the line equipment from Balanced Body in Downtown Livermore, California. Currently offering private sessions, duets, and small group classes to address your unique fitness goals and physical needs. Specializing in pre and postnatal fitness, diastasis recti recovery and pelvic floor dysfunction but also offering all-levels classes for those who just want to strengthen their body to live life better.
